Shipping & returns

Delivery
Orders leave our facility within two business days and ship by expedited carrier in temperature-safe packaging. Tracking is emailed on dispatch.
Refills
Refills ship on the same cycle as your membership. Adjust or pause a cycle before the billing date to change the shipment.
Returns
Vials cannot be returned or resold once shipped. Unopened non-peptide items may be returned within 30 days.
Damaged or lost orders
Contact care@salaralife.com within seven days of delivery and we will replace a damaged, delayed or missing shipment at no cost.
